    reacHIRE is proud to partner with Ipsen for a 6 month return-to-work program starting in April 2020 designed for professionals returning to the workforce after a 2+ year career break. It is a cohort-based model that allows individuals to re-enter the workforce in a supported way with a group of fellow returning professionals. We provide a one-week intensive onboarding specially designed to build the skills needed to successfully re-enter the workforce. This proven approach fosters camaraderie among colleagues, builds confidence and upgrades technology and professional skills that will be invaluable throughout this next phase of their career. 


    On behalf of our client, reacHIRE is seeking a People, Organization & Capabilities Specialist to support Ipsen’s  planning and implementation of talent initiatives across North America. They will contribute to local adaptation and implementation of key global development programs and processes, collaborating with North America HR and global Talent Management teams to successfully embed key concepts and processes to promote a “One Ipsen” culture and position Ipsen North America as a destination organization. They will also support key strategic HR initiatives such as onboarding, mentoring, and employee experience. 


    • Partner with HRBPs to analyze business needs to design and implement Talent Management programs and processes
    • Collaborate with global stakeholders on program and process implementation, perform gap analysis, and align global content to North America business
    • Develop tools and processes for consistent delivery of training materials, and support the implementation of key HR programs and initiatives
    • Generate campaigns, perform data reporting and analysis, draft communications, assess program and process effectiveness, provide feedback to drive continual improvement, manage vendors 
    • Support implementation of key HR programs and initiatives including project management planning, change management, reporting and evaluation of cross-functional HR programs and initiatives
    • Maintain digital learning platforms for North America HR administration including content, events, training records, reporting, and evaluation
    • Represent North America on the global team to participate in the continuous improvement of tools, communicate on updates from vendors and stakeholders


    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or similar field and 5+ years of experience as an HR Manager, HRBP, Sr. HR Generalist, People Operations or similar role
    • Experience in talent and training coordination and learning and development 
    • Pharmaceutical/Biotech experience is a plus
    • A can-do attitude, problem-solving orientation with the ability to interface cross functionally 
    • Strong organization, time management and project coordination skills
    • Capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously – working both on real-time requests and long-term projects. 
    • Strong interpersonal communication skills with the ability to interface with individuals from a variety of roles and cultures 
    • Able to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, as well as independently, and to adapt quickly to changes 
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
