reacHIRE is proud to partner with Ipsen for a 6 month return-to-work program starting in April 2020 designed for professionals returning to the workforce after a 2+ year career break. It is a cohort-based model that allows individuals to re-enter the workforce in a supported way with a group of fellow returning professionals. We provide a one-week intensive onboarding specially designed to build the skills needed to successfully re-enter the workforce. This proven approach fosters camaraderie among colleagues, builds confidence and upgrades technology and professional skills that will be invaluable throughout this next phase of their career.

On behalf of our client, reacHIRE is seeking a People, Organization & Capabilities Specialist to support Ipsen’s HR team. The HR Operations Manager will contribute to implementation of key global development programs and processes to successfully embed key concepts and processes to promote a “One Ipsen” culture and position Ipsen North America as a destination organization. They will also support key strategic HR initiatives such as onboarding, mentoring, and employee experience. 

Responsibilities

  • Partner with HR leaders both locally and globally to analyze business needs for implementation of Talent Management programs
  • Develop tools and processes for consistent delivery of training materials
  • Assess program effectiveness providing feedback to drive continual improvement and drafting communications where nescessary
  • Maintain digital learning platforms including content, events, training records, reporting, and evaluation
  • Represent North America on the global team to participate in the continuous improvement of tools, communicating updates from vendors and stakeholders

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of related experience 
  • Experience in talent and training coordination and learning and development a plus
  • Strong organization skills
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills with the ability to interface cross functionally with individuals from a variety of roles and cultures 
  • Able to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, as well as independently, and to adapt quickly to changes 
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
