*Please note that this position is expected to transition from remote to in-person sometime during the program.  Because neither reacHIRE nor T-Mobile provide relocation assistance, only local candidates, or those already planning to move to the area, will be considered. *

 

reacHIRE is proud to partner with T-Mobile, for a 6 month return-to-work program starting in November 2020 designed for Project Management professionals returning to the workforce after a 2+ year career break. Please note candidates who have worked in part-time roles or have done independent contracting will be considered for this opportunity. It is a cohort-based model that allows individuals to re-enter the workforce in a supported way with a group of fellow returning professionals. We provide a one-week intensive onboarding specially designed to build the skills needed to successfully re-enter the workforce. This proven approach fosters camaraderie among colleagues, builds confidence and upgrades technology and professional skills that will be invaluable throughout this next phase of their career.

Responsibilities

In this role, the Project Manager will manage all site lease review projects, ensuring all business terms match and fall within defined criteria set forth by T-Mobile.  The Project Manager contributes to T-Mobile’s success through the delivery of medium sized projects, processes, and/or programs designed to improve profitability, reduce costs, streamline operations, or enhance service to the business and customers. 

 

  • Work with Market/Region teams on RF needs and lease requirements
  • Work with Tower Vendors to identify site availability
  • Work with Market/Region contacts to review application to tower and new tower leases/modifications
  • Manage communications with multiple vendors
  • Review MLAs and all leases for terms
  • Review draft agreements; redlines
  • Prepare lease packages for Leadership reviews
  • Understand all contract components - preamble, recitals; ensure all referenced documents are included in package
  • Work with legal to devise alternate language when required/needed
  • Stay with site from collocation app to final execution

o Submit accurate application to tower vendor/landlord

o Review/redline drafts and submit to legal for review/approval

  • Once finalized, submit to region for final approval, route for execution, and submit for administration
  • Update and report on milestones throughout process
  • Use DocuSign to route contracts for execution

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Project Management or combination of equivalent experience and education
  • 2-4 years experience as a program or project manager within a technology environment.
  • Proficiencies in all of the following softwares:
    • SharePoint
    • Power BI
    • MS Suite (Word, Excel, PPT) including MS Word redline feature
    • Docusign
    • Adobe Professional 
  • Excellent written/verbal communication
  • Understand general lease terms used in contracts
  • Contract Management experience preferred 
  • Commercial real estate experience preferred 
  • Legal experience preferred
