reacHIRE is proud to partner with T-Mobile, for a 6 month return-to-work program starting in November 2020 designed for Project Management professionals returning to the workforce after a 2+ year career break. Please note candidates who have worked in part-time roles or have done independent contracting will be considered for this opportunity. It is a cohort-based model that allows individuals to re-enter the workforce in a supported way with a group of fellow returning professionals. We provide a one-week intensive onboarding specially designed to build the skills needed to successfully re-enter the workforce. This proven approach fosters camaraderie among colleagues, builds confidence and upgrades technology and professional skills that will be invaluable throughout this next phase of their career.

Assemble key players on the program / project team and facilitate internal working relationships across the enterprise which fosters the development of cross functional teamwork. Pull together the inter-related activities of the technical and operational initiatives to ensure overarching project and program goals are achieved.
Partner with business, technology and engineering stakeholders to vet project scope through ideation and design through to project completion. Delegate project responsibilities and task interfaces, direct, motivate and manage the project work and resources involved with the project. Ensure timely activity, integration and productivity of technical support and administer efficient use of resources to meet requirements with clear identification of task completion.
