reacHIRE is proud to partner with T-Mobile for a 6 month return-to-work program starting in November 2020 designed for Technical Support Engineer professionals returning to the workforce after a 2+ year career break. Please note candidates who have worked in part-time roles or have done independent contracting will be considered for this opportunity. It is a cohort-based model that allows individuals to re-enter the workforce in a supported way with a group of fellow returning professionals. We provide a one-week intensive onboarding specially designed to build the skills needed to successfully re-enter the workforce. This proven approach fosters camaraderie among colleagues, builds confidence and upgrades technology and professional skills that will be invaluable throughout this next phase of their career.

  • Lead requirements and design discussions to distill the business needs into business requirements and functional specifications related to Network Automation initiatives.
  • Participate in design and solution review sessions, assisting the team with evaluating and refining data infrastructure solutions, in order to gauge their feasibility, reusability across different user groups, and flexibility for future scaling and enhancements.
  • Perform User Acceptance Testing and Business Validation to ensure high levels of data availability and quality.
  • Troubleshoot issues and identify or deploy workarounds for defects or new needs identified but not yet mitigated by the Automation team.
  • Create and distribute release notes and communications, to educate the business customers on new product constructs and data sources, and enable them to better perform their analytics and reporting activities.
  • Define Automation KPIs and design respective reports and dashboards, working with reporting team
  • Evaluate feature roadmaps and software tools.


  • Bachelors in Business, Engineering, or Information Systems.
  • 2+ years relevant experience in technical area such as information technology, computer programming, technology consulting, process automation, process optimization, Agile development
  •  2+ years relevant experience in business analysis and requirements elicitation.
  • Please note that candidates with 4+ years may be qualified for a senior title for this role, depending on their experience level prior to their career break.
  • Strong prior background in eliciting and defining reporting and analytics requirements.
  • Experience in evaluating technical solution proposals to ensure suitability, and alignment with favored and/or existing automations, and respective reporting.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to present to business and technical teams, or management in verbal, written, and/or visual form, with supporting details.
