reacHIRE is proud to partner with T-Mobile for a 6 month return-to-work program starting in November 2020 designed for Technical Support Engineer professionals returning to the workforce after a 2+ year career break. Please note candidates who have worked in part-time roles or have done independent contracting will be considered for this opportunity. It is a cohort-based model that allows individuals to re-enter the workforce in a supported way with a group of fellow returning professionals. We provide a one-week intensive onboarding specially designed to build the skills needed to successfully re-enter the workforce. This proven approach fosters camaraderie among colleagues, builds confidence and upgrades technology and professional skills that will be invaluable throughout this next phase of their career.

  • Support T-Mobile's production Small Cells network as well as Solutions design review, validation and operations acceptance of all new or expansion platforms.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot complex customer-impacting network issues, working to resolve and identify root causes.
  • Works on technical assignments that are moderately difficult, requiring judgment in resolving issues or in making recommendations.
  • Evaluate and report on design, reliability and maintenance problems to relevant T-Mobile Engineering teams or vendor support.
  • Provide design recommendations to improve the overall customer experience and to drive service improvements.
  • Ability to automate processes using different programming languages and develop new or enhance existing tools would be a plus.


  • Bachelor’s Degree required (Desired area of focus - Engineering)
  • 2-4 years experience
  • Must have Systems/Network Design experience and Technical support experience with knowledge on Radio Access systems 
  • Experience with scripting, tools development and use of some programming languages (Python, PERL, etc.) a plus 
  • Advanced analytics and problem-solving skills
  • Effective written/oral communication and attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and have excellent interpersonal skills to be able to build consensus across teams while demonstrating effective time management
  • Ability to work as a strong effective team player; commitment to results; solutions oriented
  • Ability to work well under pressure, flexible in adapting and responding to changing situations
  • Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and follow-through on tasks or projects
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint)
