reacHIRE is proud to partner with T-Mobile for a 6 month return-to-work program starting in November 2020 designed for Technical Project Management professionals returning to the workforce after a 2+ year career break. Please note candidates who have worked in part-time roles or have done independent contracting will be considered for this opportunity. It is a cohort-based model that allows individuals to re-enter the workforce in a supported way with a group of fellow returning professionals. We provide a one-week intensive onboarding specially designed to build the skills needed to successfully re-enter the workforce. This proven approach fosters camaraderie among colleagues, builds confidence and upgrades technology and professional skills that will be invaluable throughout this next phase of their career.

Job Summary:


Contributes to T-Mobile success by delivering and implementing large or complex new systems, projects, processes, and/or programs that improve profitability, reduce costs, streamline operations, or enhance service to the business and customers. Collaborates effectively with cross-functional business and technology development teams to solve problems and implement new solutions.



  • Ensure timely activity, integration and productivity of technical support and administers efficient use of resources to meet requirements with clear identification of task completion. 
  • Play a support role with technical solutions ensuring all groups’ responsibilities are included.
  • Help to develop the project charter and examine project related technical documentation for completeness and latest versions and insure availability and distribution to team
  • Ensure document review and approvals according to company standards and processes. 
  • Develop and update project schedules/plans with actual and forecasted deliverables and manage deviations from plan. 
  • Analyze validity of schedules submitted by outside parties contributing to the project. 
  • Distribute schedules in various formats and detail to suit different users or audiences. 
  • Monitor actual project progress, compare to baseline and report progress against schedule. 
  • Document, obtain approval, and track all changes in project parameters.
  • Produce detailed reports and notifications as appropriate and communicate project status to respective stakeholders and project sponsor. 
  • Identify Risks in projects and use proven PM techniques to assess and mitigate. 
  • Attend project team meetings keeping the project team informed and progressing including project reviews with stakeholders as necessary 
  • Coordinate practical details of the transfer of the care, custody and control of the final product including assembly and transfer of operational and maintenance documentation. 
  • Provide recommendations of lessons learned for improvements in process and procedure both within the PM structure as well as across groups



  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Project Management or combination of equivalent experience and education.
  • 2+ years of experience desired, as a program or project manager within a technology environment
  • Please note that candidates with 4+ years may be qualified for a senior title for this role, depending on their experience level prior to their career break
  • Prior experience managing projects from start to finish
  • Ability to translate technical information to different stakeholders, teams, etc. 
  • PMP certification nice to have, but not required
  • General knowledge of telecoms RAN, CORE, Device Services, etc. nice to have but not required
