reacHIRE is proud to partner with our client for a 6 month return-to-work program starting in Spring 2021 in the Boston area designed for Engineering Project Managers returning to the workforce after a 2+ year career break. Please note candidates who have worked in part-time roles or have done independent contracting will be considered for this opportunity. It is a cohort-based model that allows individuals to re-enter the workforce in a supported way with a group of fellow returning professionals. We provide a one-week intensive onboarding specially designed to build the skills needed to successfully re-enter the workforce. This proven approach fosters camaraderie among colleagues, builds confidence and upgrades technology and professional skills that will be invaluable throughout this next phase of their career.

The Engineering Project Management Team is primarily responsible for planning, executing and handing off large, complex, cross-functional technology projects within the Engineering department. They also dedicate time to empower the company to organize and execute their own roadmaps, projects, or communication plans by leveraging project management tools, processes, and best practices. This team supports the most complex initiatives, in a fast-paced environment, that has immediate impact on critical business decisions within a rapidly growing organization.
