reacHIRE is proud to partner with Inmar for a 6 month return-to-work program starting in May 2021 designed for .NET Software Engineers who are returning to the workforce after a 2+ year career break. 


Please note candidates who have worked in part-time roles or have done independent contracting will be considered for this opportunity. It is a cohort-based model that allows individuals to re-enter the workforce in a supported way with a group of fellow returning professionals. We provide a one-week intensive onboarding specially designed to build the skills needed to successfully re-enter the workforce. This proven approach fosters camaraderie among colleagues, builds confidence and upgrades technology and professional skills that will be invaluable throughout this next phase of their career.


The Technical Operations Engineer performs work assignments as part of an operational team which could include supporting Sortation Operations in Inmar’s RX Returns warehouse.


  • Monitor all sorter operations during your shift
  • Ensure proper loading of wave data into the system
  • Monitor wave files and process flows through to shipping software interfaces ensuring adherence to Standard Operating Procedures
  • Provide assistance with issue resolution during the shift. 
  • Develop a sound understanding of data flows and business rules, documenting and maintaining them, and ask questions to clarify how systems work.
  • Responsible for detection and escalation of data flow issues between systems and the sorter
  • Adhere to company architectural and development standards
  • Develop and provide system documentation as needed


  • Bachelor's degree 
  • 3+ years of prior experience in roles such as Technical Operations, Business Analyst, Systems Analyst or similar; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Knowledge in performance tuning of database related functions
  • Ability to work in a demanding, high paced environment
  • Understanding of systems analysis and design (hardware, software, policies, procedure and data)
  • Experience running queries, creating tables and pulling data utilizing SQL to then relay trends to stakeholders
  • Experience with SQL Server SSIS 
  • Ability to develop and maintain good technical and professional communication skills, both written and oral
  • Strong desire/ability to get up to speed on new technologies and platforms


Nice to Have Skills


  • Strong understanding of SQL Server 2008 / SQL Server 2012, SQL Server 2016 
  • Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services 
  • Ability to develop using .NET technologies 
  • Experience with SQL Server Analysis Services
