Overview

Our Returnship Program participants come from all walks of life, and so do we. At reacHIRE, the sum of our individual differences, life experiences, innovative thinking and self-expression is what makes us great. We hire exceptional talent from a wide variety of backgrounds, not just because it is the right thing to do, but because it makes us, our programs, and the forward-thinking companies we partner with stronger, better and more innovative.

Our programs are cohort based, meaning you will re-enter the workforce with a team of professionals navigating the same transition. During our 26-week program, we pair you with a dedicated Program Manager who will hold you accountable for meeting your personal and professional goals, provide monthly coaching, and exclusive training content.

reacHIRE’s recruiting team is often recruiting for specific role titles and locations at any given time, so you may not initially see that perfect role in Marketing/Creative/Communications that seems right for you.

Through applying here, this is a chance for you to share your resume with us and join our community to stay informed.

What are skills our clients look for in Creative Professionals?  Great question!

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree required in creative discipline, business or PR focus
  • Prior background working in ecommerce, retail, category management, PR, or marketing communications in a mid to senior level position required
  • Outstanding communication skills and ability to collaborate cross functionally

You never know when a new opportunity will pop up with a company that is seeking a Creative Professional like yourself!  If you don’t initially see the right role above, please still consider sharing your resume with us here.

Perhaps the perfect opportunity for you will be next!

reacHIRE is unable to sponsor program participants for the duration of our Return-to-Work programs.
