Our programs are cohort based, meaning you will re-enter the workforce with a team of professionals navigating the same transition. During our 26-week program, we pair you with a dedicated Program Manager who will hold you accountable for meeting your personal and professional goals, provide monthly coaching, and exclusive training content. 

reacHIRE’s recruiting team is often recruiting for specific role titles and locations at any given time, so you may not initially see that perfect role in Project Management that seems right for you.

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree
• Prior background working in program/project management
• Outstanding communication skills and ability to collaborate cross functionally
• The ability to manage multiple/competing projects in parallel 
• PMP certification a plus
