The program is a cohort-based model that allows individuals to re-enter the workforce in a supported way with a group of fellow returning professionals. The program involves a one-week intensive onboarding specially designed to build the skills needed to successfully re-enter the workforce, and continues with professional development workshops and networking opportunities to build and advance one’s professional skill set throughout the duration of the program. This proven approach fosters camaraderie among colleagues, builds confidence, and upgrades professional skills that will be invaluable throughout this next phase of their career. Please note candidates who have worked in part-time roles or have done independent contracting will be considered for this opportunity.


About the Team

The pricing team for Consumer and Small Business within US Retail Bank and Mortgage provides market intelligence, pricing strategy and analytics for Consumer deposit and Small Business loan and deposit products. Core products include Checking, Savings, Money Market and Certificate of Deposit accounts.  The pricing team applies a disciplined analytical decision process, and focuses on driving profit and market share growth.


About the Role

The Pricing Strategy Product Manager will be part of a highly visible team that focuses on industry leading initiatives with substantial impact to earnings.  In this role, the individual will contribute to the end-to-end pricing management process in preparation for the launch of rate promotions.  Key partners include Product Management, Finance, Treasury, Technology, Operations, Decision Management, Legal, Compliance, Sales and Marketing.  At times, you may engage with external consultants and vendors. 

Key responsibilities:

  • Support pricing initiatives for rate promotion launch; partner with product, finance, treasury and marketing partners to deliver value proposition while maintaining financial targets.
  • Coordinate project / initiative meetings with stakeholders, remove roadblocks, manage pricing deliverables and drive progress towards project completion.
  • Drive execution of the project plan through organization of project deliverables, timelines, and resources;  document project risks and help drive to resolution; and communicate progress and status.  
  • Support the development of deposit pricing strategies in a dynamic test and learn environment; collaborate with partner teams on holistic deposit product and pricing offerings.
  • Develop understanding of financial models, so as to apply learnings in portfolio and acquisition analytics and analyze impacts to determine success of pricing strategy.
  • Monitor and report on performance trends for consistency with profitability and growth targets; correlate trends with pricing actions.
  • Prepare presentations and materials for executive audiences.


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 3-5 years of overall experience in financial service products and/or finance, risk management, product management or marketing analytics.
  • Strong project management skills, with experience managing cross-functional initiatives to drive business results.
  • Ability to understand technology limitations, Legal / Compliance guidelines and other business constraints and ability to work with partner teams to identify a path forward.
  • Basic understanding of key revenue and expense drivers and financial planning.
  • Ability to manage controls and governance routines. 
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with innate attention to detail. 
  • Ability to translate technical and complex analytics for business application and non-technical audience.
  • Inherent motivation to provide continuous improvement using both business and analytical acumen.
