reacHIRE is proud to partner with Citi’s Personal Banking & Wealth Management (PBWM) organization for a paid 6-month return-to-work program starting in July 2022 designed for experienced professionals who are returning to the workforce after a 2+ year career break.

The program is a cohort-based model that allows individuals to re-enter the workforce in a supported way with a group of fellow returning professionals. The program involves a one-week intensive onboarding specially designed to build the skills needed to successfully re-enter the workforce, and continues with professional development workshops and networking opportunities to build and advance one’s professional skill set throughout the duration of the program. This proven approach fosters camaraderie among colleagues, builds confidence, and upgrades professional skills that will be invaluable throughout this next phase of their career. Please note candidates who have worked in part-time roles or have done independent contracting will be considered for this opportunity.

About the Team

Citi Retail Services (CRS) is a leading provider of private label and co-branded consumer and commercial credit card products across the U.S. and Canada. Retail Services serves nearly 90 million accounts for many iconic brands, including Best Buy, ExxonMobil, Macy's, Sears, Shell, and The Home Depot, among others. The business also provides retail industry expertise, including digital integration, transaction data analytics, and fully integrated marketing and loyalty programs.

 About the Role

As part of the CRS Business Operations Department, the Disclosure Oversight Analyst will share responsibility for updating Cards Agreements, and creating statement backers and other documents that impact the card agreement.  This individual will help manage the disclosures processes through tracking, updating, and adhering to appropriate controls across the various language work streams, and will will assist with the validation of partner disclosures. Additionally, this individual will manage ticket entries for digital updates, and will assist with the tracking and validation of the updates as they are implemented. In this role, this person will work closely with cross functional business teams including Vendor Management, Partner Management, Marketing, and Business Project Management teams, Technology, Risk, Legal, Compliance, and Finance.

Key responsibilities:

  •  Contribute to the Business Requirements Documents and associated project documents (e.g., project plan) as it relates to Disclosures.
  •   Partner with Price Management to incorporate pricing changes into the appropriate documents.
  •   Collaborate with Legal and Compliance on document updates, including peer reviews of changes.
  •   Interact with internal vendor management team and/or directly with vendors for typesetting and printing of various documents. Leverage internal processes to obtain Spanish translation and communication committee approvals.
  •   Manage the processing of ticket entries to ensure digital disclosures are updated in a timely manner.
  •   Conduct ongoing validation of partner disclosures to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  •   Retain necessary documentation (e.g., mail drops) for evidence of compliance to regulatory notification requirements.
  •   Responsible for timely review, research and resolution of pricing-related issues that occur throughout Retail Services related to Customer disclosures Support internal and external audits and walk-throughs as required.
  •   Ensure understanding and adherence to the regulatory requirements for the pricing-related activities.
  •   Support new partner onboarding; providing conversion and data mapping support as related to disclosures.
  •   Develop strong, trust-based relationships with critical internal business partners.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience in business administration, marketing, or advertising.
  •   5+ years of experience in financial services and/or technology organizations.
  •   Solid organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects at one time.
  •   Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
  •   Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
  •   Comfortable working in a dynamic and energetic environment in which priorities and efforts are continuously evaluated and, when appropriate, modified.
  •  Jira experience a plus.
  • Preferred candidates will have experience with web content management and digital content delivery.
