ReacHIRE is proud to partner with Citi’s Personal Banking & Wealth Management (PBWM) organization for a 6-month return-to-work program starting in June 2022 designed for experienced professionals who are returning to the workforce after a 2+ year career break.
The program is a cohort-based model that allows individuals to re-enter the workforce in a supported way with a group of fellow returning professionals. The program involves a one-week intensive onboarding specially designed to build the skills needed to successfully re-enter the workforce, and continues with professional development workshops and networking opportunities to build and advance one’s professional skill set throughout the duration of the program. This proven approach fosters camaraderie among colleagues, builds confidence, and upgrades professional skills that will be invaluable throughout this next phase of their career. Please note candidates who have worked in part-time roles or have done independent contracting will be considered for this opportunity.

About the Role
As part of the CRS Business Operations Department, the Disclosure Oversight Analyst will share responsibility for updating Cards Agreements, and creating statement backers and other documents that impact the card agreement. This individual will help manage the disclosures processes through tracking, updating, and adhering to appropriate controls across the various language work streams, and will will assist with the validation of partner disclosures. Additionally, this individual will manage ticket entries for digital updates, and will assist with the tracking and validation of the updates as they are implemented. In this role, this person will work closely with cross functional business teams including Vendor Management, Partner Management, Marketing, and Business Project Management teams, Technology, Risk, Legal, Compliance, and Finance.
