Candidates who have worked in part-time roles or have done independent contracting will be considered for this opportunity. The program is a cohort-based model that allows individuals to re-enter the workforce in a supported way with a group of fellow returning professionals. reacHIRE provides a 1-week intensive onboarding, specifically designed to build the skills needed to successfully re-enter the workforce. This proven approach fosters camaraderie among colleagues, builds confidence, and upgrades technology and professional skills that will be invaluable throughout this next phase of one’s career.

Schroders is seeking a Business Analyst to join the Asset Management Technology team in New York. The team is responsible for technology-aligned analysis, program oversight, development delivery and support for technical changes for America's Asset Management technology and market data requirements, including our Latin America and Bermuda offices.
The successful candidate will undertake analysis and provide implementation support for technical requirements as well as conduct project management activities to support the regional interests of the Americas business.
The candidate will ensure appropriate identification of business needs and deliver effective solutions in a timely and cost-effective manner. The candidate will work with all other groups, including the business, Group Change and Global Technology teams to mitigate risk and ensure the effective delivery of business initiatives.
