Overview

reacHIRE is proud to partner with Schroders Investment Management, North America (SIMNA) for a 1-year return-to-work program starting in July 2022. This program is designed for professionals returning to the workforce after a 1.5+ year career break.

 

Candidates who have worked in part-time roles or have done independent contracting will be considered for this opportunity. The program is a cohort-based model that allows individuals to re-enter the workforce in a supported way with a group of fellow returning professionals. reacHIRE provides a 1-week intensive onboarding, specifically designed to build the skills needed to successfully re-enter the workforce. This proven approach fosters camaraderie among colleagues, builds confidence, and upgrades technology and professional skills that will be invaluable throughout this next phase of one’s career.

 

Please note: Some of the responsibilities and areas of expertise listed below represent performance expectations to be met by the end of the 1-year program. The Schroders Investment Returnship Program is designed to help candidates on-ramp and upskill. We encourage all candidates with relevant prior experience to apply!

 

Summary:

This role is for a Business Analyst reporting into the Head of Data & Analytics in North America. 

 

The role would entail working to improve sales effectiveness and product adoption by building strong relationships with business units across the region(s). It is also responsible for aiding in the delivery, monitoring and adoption of reliable, quality data; and supporting global initiatives via occasional deployment testing, user engagement/training and management information (MI) reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in ad hoc and refresher training session for the regional Salesforce users on new tools, reports, and Salesforce enhancements to ensure best practices and adoption. 
  • Help manage the regional “Data Champions” community including regular updates.
  • Understand the impact of Salesforce releases to the end user and help manage the communications.
  • Assist in identifying and implementing additional activities to promote salesforce adoption.
  • Develop Salesforce reports for business users or center of excellence
  • Aid in data cleanup/maintenance
  • Triage requests for CRM support and data analysis through a strong backlog and prioritization framework
  • Provide regular feedback to the Regional Manager on the usefulness of initiatives and activities, providing recommendations for improvement
  • Help coordinate and manage internal/external resources and vendors for a seamless execution of projects
  • Strong advocate for data-led decision making and genuine analytics insights
  • Help ensure the CRM roadmap reflects regional requirements
  • Understanding of the global Client Insight Unit Roadmap, how this aligns to the wider company strategy, and how it aligns with the regional strategy

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills; able to drive change effectively by collaborating across a range of stakeholder groups at various levels of the organization
  • Ability to work as part of a team in a multi-discipline environment and in a matrix organization
  • Excellent attention to detail; consistency across written materials and reporting is key 
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple pieces of work at the same time in an often fast-paced environment 
  • Commitment to providing excellent customer service
  • Self-starter who will take initiative, can think outside the box and apply creative problem-solving to come up with solutions
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work with and interpret data

 

Desirable Skills:

  • Previous experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
  • Knowledge of financial industry
