reacHIRE is proud to partner with Advisor360 for a paid 6-month return-to-work program starting in September 2022 designed for professionals who are returning to the workforce after a 2+ year career break. 


Please note candidates who have worked in part-time roles or have done independent contracting will be considered for this opportunity. It is a cohort-based model that allows individuals to re-enter the workforce in a supported way with a group of fellow returning professionals. We provide a one-week intensive onboarding specially designed to build the skills needed to successfully re-enter the workforce. This proven approach fosters camaraderie among colleagues, builds confidence and upgrades technology and professional skills that will be invaluable throughout this next phase of their career.


Bring your program management expertise and technical background to support the creation and delivery of an industry-leading WealthTech SaaS platform. Working with our Engineering teams, you will be responsible for definition, coordination, execution, and completion of complex programs, ensuring consistency with the company’s strategy, commitments, and goals.


  • Partner with senior leaders, product managers, and development managers across the entire organization to understand priorities and execute strategic program objectives
  • Drive the development of complex program plans across a number of distributed teams within Engineering
  • Coordinate with external clients and the Advisor360° Implementation team for end-to-end program planning and delivery
  • Help facilitate program delivery by tracking feature-based delivery timelines
  • Understand and manage internal and external deadlines
  • Anticipate problems and complications and formulate solutions to avoid impeding the progress of the program
  • Conduct effective weekly meetings with cross-functional teams to drive program progress
  • Produce clear and concise status reports for executive leadership
  • Support the definition and rollout of standardized SDLC practices within the organization


Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of program management experience/education at a technical company
  • SDLC experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (computer science or software/computer engineering preferred)
  • Experience building software in an Agile software development life cycle
  • Ability to work with distributed cross-functional teams
  • Experience with Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence) and Agile methodologies
  • Demonstrated ability to think creatively and strategically when implementing products and solving problems
  • Technically savvy and able to ramp up on new technologies quickly
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with both technical and nontechnical individuals
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to lead and direct a Program team to success
  • Strong and clear communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation)
  • Ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Persuasive, adaptable, encouraging, and motivating worker

Preferred Skills:

  • Financial services industry, FinTech, or WealthTech experience a plus
