The digital enablement program manager will be responsible for supporting major digital transformations for the US Electrical Channel business. The channel business represents a significant portion of Schneider’s total US business sold through electrical wholesale distributors, online partners and retailers and digital transformation is one of their top 3 priorities. In this role, the program manager will support the deployment of a new vendor relationship for data management, our rebate transformation project, and our eCommerce operational projects.  The role will collaborate with channel leadership, channel sales, pricing, legal, marketing, digital/IT teams, customer care, and eCommerce teams.


What You’ll Contribute Day-to-Day:

  • Create a project plan and hold cross-functional team members accountable
  • Communicate project status updates
  • Problem solving for roadblocks internally and externally 
  • Hold project team meetings
  • Work with a vendor to project manage a new data management rollout
  • Prepare external communication plans
  • Gather partner feedback via interviews


You’ll Be a Great Fit If You Have:

  • Strong prior background in project management
  • Effective upward communication skills with ability to present findings/recommendations to stakeholders as required
  • Strong ability to work cross functionally, coordinating across teams to keep project on track
  • Prior experience leading digital/ecommerce focused projects


It's An Added Bonus If You Have:

  • Prior channel/sales experience in Schneider’s industry
  • Experience leading an agile team
  • Prior experience selling and relationship building with wholesale distributor partners
