Responsibilities

Summary:

The Sales Enablement Program Manager will be a part of Schneider’s Sales Enablement & Technology Team.  This newly created team is responsible for the sales process, technologies, enablement and master data functions at Schneider.  

 

What You’ll Contribute Day-to-Day:

  • Conduct interviews with stakeholders to understand their pain points
  • Map out both current and future state processes designed to improve onboarding experience and training ramp up time for new sales hires to the Schneider organization
  • Identify gaps in technology, process or resourcing, relaying findings to key stakeholders
  • Work cross functionally to ensure implementation of new processes/tools stays on track 
  • Evaluate post implementation, conducting follow ups with stakeholders as needed 

Qualifications

You’ll Be a Great Fit If You Have:

  • Prior experience training/onboarding specifically sales teams, 
  • Prior background in at least one of the following areas: sales training, education, L&D, talent management and/or people development, 
  • Strong ability to coordinate cross functional teams 
  • Ability to be people centric with an employee first mindset

 

It's An Added Bonus If You Have:

  • Strong PowerPoint skills  Present findings, articulate them to manager director level
  • Effective presentation skills, with ability to articulate your findings/suggestions up through Director level
