As a Change Management Leader in the NAM Lean Office Organization, you will be delivering value directly to Schneider Electric. Our Lean Office partners with Business Leaders to deliver process improvement and transformation that eliminates waste and creates a culture where effectiveness is inherent in our DNA. You will be responsible for partnering with Project and Program Leaders to develop and deploy change management for transformational business programs. Programs are focused on improving processes for our Employees, maximizing value for our Customers, and profitability for Shareholders.


What You’ll Contribute Day-to-Day:

  • Partner with Project & Program Leaders to develop and deploy change management plans in support of transformation programs 
  • Drive achievement of the project’s value proposition and deliver the expected results 
  • Coach and develop peers on Change Management principles 
  • Lead, Coach and Support projects from an end-to-end point of view following the Project Framework (to eliminate waste, improve process flow and eliminate duplication)
  • Establish strong partnership with Front Office business leaders 
  • Support and ensure the deployment of best practices in the entities from other Regions and share best practices with the Global Effectiveness Office


You’ll Be a Great Fit If You Have:

  • Prior track record of leading change management initiatives across complex, matrixed environments
  • Strong project leadership experience
  • Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, Project Management, Agile or Design Thinking methodologies
  • Ability to interface and present effectively to senior leadership, leveraging tools such as PowerPoint to relay your findings and suggestions  
  • A growth mindset, and are open to change


It's An Added Bonus If You Have:

  • Prosci CCMP certification
