Which is why our team of Program Managers are here to listen to your unique story and help you take the best next steps toward your next opportunity.We are excited to partner with Schneider Electric  for a 6-month return-to-work program starting in January 2023. 

 

If you are a professional returning to work after a 2+ year career break or worked in part time or independent contractor roles, this could be the perfect opportunity! reacHIRE is invested in helping professionals return with confidence; providing the resources and support needed via Program Managers who will help guide and navigate the entire process alongside you.

Responsibilities

Efficient, organized, secure sharing of knowledge, best practices and business processes is more important than ever in today’s competitive market. 

 

In this newly created role, you will:

  • Organize and animate communities of practice to enable the development, governance and sharing of knowledge from subject matter experts to members of the community.  Communities will range from sales quotation teams to engineering.
  • Direct the selection and implementation of knowledge management technology platforms to best fit the community needs.
  • Ensure the knowledge management solutions are driving desired business outcomes of decreased learning curves and improved productivity among community members.  
  • Develop Key Performance Indicators to demonstrate continuous improvement.

Qualifications

You’ll Be a Great Fit If You Have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Management, Computer Science or Engineering
  • Strong prior project management experience with excellent organizational skills
  • Past experience diagnosing problems, recommending solutions and implementing
  • Past experience in learning & development, technical writing or training

 

It's An Added Bonus If You Have:

  • Exposure to any of the following:  Confluence, Jira, Wiki, and SharePoint/Teams technologies
