In the world of business, knowledge is power when making critical decisions. Schneider Electric brings a wealth of data waiting to be transformed into business information. The Business Systems Analyst position offers a challenge of harvesting both business process and product engineering information to enable leaders and peers to improve focus, prioritization, and strategies.  In this role, you can expect to engage with a variety of business and technical leaders in Schneider's Commercial, Information Technology, Finance, Engineering and Marketing groups. 


  • Research and analysis of existing sources of data, reports and tools that actively support our business activities.
  • Visit with leaders and peers to understand the information they already use as well as their "wish list" and collaborate on business information development needs.
  • Gain access to systems and data environments to understand business intent and the key elements of business reports
  • Apply development techniques in Tableau - Includes report building, accessing sources of data, visualization techniques to develop and test new Tableau reporting views
  • Engage on Quotations, Orders, Sales and Profitability but with deeper understanding into the drivers such as Customer and Market segments, opportunity sizing and differentiating product characteristics. 



You’ll Be a Great Fit If You Have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Analytics, Information Management or Engineering
  • Prior experience analyzing data using Tableau, SQL, R, or Python
  • Prior experience in Business Analyst or similar role


It's An Added Bonus If You Have:

  • Experience with building reports and dashboards in Tableau or similar software
  • Strong presentation skills with ability to share your findings and recommendations to key stakeholders
