What You’ll Contribute Day-to-Day:

  • Work with scrum teams to Implement agile practices within the squads effectively
  • Drive all Agile ceremonies during the sprints
  • Contribute to a global, multi-functional team to deliver new hardware focused products and offers to market.
  • Coordinate with internal/external stakeholders for resolving impediments of the Squads/Scrum Teams
  • Work with PMO team to manage and maintain various project management databases, tools and visual dashboards effectively for project reporting
  • Work with PMO team to create and maintain knowledge database on the project and portfolio management tools
  • Contribute to business case development, management and project budgeting
  • Ensure projects are staffed appropriately and contribute to product definitions.
  • Create and own project plans (schedule, resources) to meet project expectations and to ensure quality, on-time delivery.
  • Identify root causes of problems, offer options and solutions to resolve issues.
  • Analyze, anticipate, quantify, & mitigate risk (technical, schedule, manufacturability, application, etc.)
  • Communicate and manage changes in project scope to departmental and cross functional teams
  • Be responsible for project metrics for schedule, cost, quality, customer satisfaction.


You’ll Be a Great Fit If You Have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a technical area of focus (electrical engineering, software engineering, etc)
  • Prior experience leading or working as a contributing member of an agile team
  • Strong relationship building and conflict resolution skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Effective time management and organizational skills with ability to prioritize multiple tasks/projects


It's An Added Bonus If You Have:

  • Prior experience working on an agile team focused around new hardware product releases and development 
  • Certified Scrum Master certification
  • Experience implementing agile in a prior role
