Summary

In this position, you will support the sales of the Schneider Electric Power Products US line of business for the East or Central Sales Region.  Your top priority will be to grow sales for the MCCBs, Safety Switches, and Motor Control business Schneider Electric offers. As the Power Products (Commercial Transactional Products) Line of Business East or Central Region Channel Business Development Associate, you will work with our East or Central Region Channel and Sales teams to collaboratively and strategically develop, execute and support tailored initiatives, helping our channel partners and contractors outperform competitors.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Contribute Day-to-Day:

  • Create and execute sales plans for the region to achieve sales and growth objectives for the line of business
  • Create and analyze sale and market share data
  • Execute Power Products (Commercial/SMB/Channel) Playbooks to help achieve sales and growth goals
  • Facilitate and manage our East or Central Region Power Products Mobile Unit
  • Lead reimplementation of our Contractor Rewards Program and other initiatives
  • Manage the East/Central Region Power Products digital presence to keep NSF/Channel updated 
  • Assist with gathering voice of customer input to help continuously improve our offer 
  • Work with sales and channels to meet or exceed sales and growth goals (YoY, Market Share and Margin protection & expansion) 
  • Actively engage with pricing team and in price increase discussions to help the sales team implement price changes
  • Assist in defining product gaps and work with the product team to close those gaps
  • Work with all entities across the electrical construction industry, sales, marketing, consulting engineers, electrical inspectors, builders, developers, and installers to enhance brand loyalty

Qualifications

You’ll Be a Great Fit If You Have:

  • Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Engineering or Marketing
  • 3-5+ prior years in relevant commercial sales focused role
  • Strong Excel & Data Analytics Skills
  • Strong communication, relationship building, business management & consulting engagement skills
  • Ability to be effective in converting existing accounts to help achieve goals of the business 
  • Ability to effectively cultivate and maintain relationships with existing customers
  • Ability to work with colleagues and customers at all levels
  • Ability to travel post returnship program

 

It's An Added Bonus If You Have:

  • An MBA level degree
