What You’ll Contribute Day-to-Day:

  • Provide support for the Power Services P&L and the Sales and Operations leaders
  • Drive P&L performance and understanding in line with targets and ambitions
  • Maintain a strong focus on Backlog execution, Time to Revenue analysis, Service Line forecasting and Service Line Gross Margin Performance analysis and monitoring
  • Operational Headcount and Operational Cost Controlling to support margin analysis and margin forecasting
  • Supporting Monthly/Quarterly Forecasting cycle and challenge the business to maximize the P&L
  • Support and Enable Profitable growth of the Power Services Business while maintaining strong compliance with accounting and internal controls


You’ll Be a Great Fit If You Have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar area of focus
  • Strong command of financial principles (Revenue, Cost, Cash, Margin, etc.)
  • Prior experience in Corporate Finance, Operational Finance, Finance or Accounting roles supporting manufacturing, project execution or service businesses
  • Experience with SAP, SQL Queries and databases
  • Ability to work with business partners across multiple functions, time zones and collaborate well with others
  • Ability to bring both an enabling, supportive mindset to day to day business partnering as well as challenge in the right situations respectfully and in a well reasoned and professional way


It's An Added Bonus If You Have:

  • Industry specific knowledge
  • Direct experience with Profit and Loss Statements
  • Background as a controller, associate or assistant controller in a previous role
  • Strong Excel skills with ability to work with large sets of data
  • Knowledge of SMS or BFS system (specific to business)
