In this Senior Product Manager role, you will help to develop the strategy to create a fast way for suppliers to get interactive help. This role plays an important part in helping Wayfair scale to a $100B business by developing product innovations that enable suppliers to seamlessly use our platform & access help when they need it. 


What You’ll Contribute Day-to-Day:

  • Focus initially on product discovery and strategy related to Partner Home help & education capabilities in support of critical cross-organizational initiatives
  • Work to influence the activities of the Engineering and Design teams that support it, as well as the activities of a broad variety of other technical teams. It will be global in scope, directly influencing broad product decisions across all regions 
  • Work to maximize Supplier ROI and help them succeed on Wayfair’s website 
  • Responsible for overseeing discovery on major cross-organizational initiatives like chat & chatbot


You’ll Be a Great Fit If You Have:

  • 5+ years’ experience in product management, ideally in roles that demonstrate  ability to create compelling vision & strategies that translate into real customer +  business value
  • Strong stakeholder management & influencing skills across different functional  organizations in highly matrixed environments 
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action and ability to deal with ambiguity and rapidly changing environments
  • Technical knowledge of programming or database languages - coding isn’t needed on the job, but understanding how the technology works is critical to help develop powerful strategies
  • Strong Product Management craft, with deep knowledge of some of the  frameworks taught by the experts


It's An Added Bonus If You Have:

  • Experience in AI & machine learning
