This program is hybrid and requires participants to be in the office at least 1 week per month.

Summary: 

We are currently seeking a qualified Systems Analyst that will assist in business and systems requirements review, capability analysis, solution design, and working closely with business partners and the development teams to achieve business goals. The Systems Analyst executes analysis, documents requirements, crafts specifications, and makes design recommendations for medium-sized projects. An ideal candidate will supply the analysis strategy for technology projects culminating in the creation of documentation to support project needs. He/she will perform systems analysis, document requirements, build specifications, and make recommendations on a wide spectrum of features for assigned business projects.

Responsibilities

  • Work with business and technology partners to define the scope of problems/issues, in terms of business and/or system requirements and processes.
  • Work with Agile team to develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and story maps.
  • Work with technology and business partners to understand project objectives, timelines, use cases and requirements.
  • Work closely with the developers to ensure that all systems design requirements are understood.
  • Provide support in estimating, planning, scheduling, and prioritizing work.
  • Align drivers and capabilities to help define/new processes for optimizing work and integrating technical and business services
  • Apply documentation standards and practices.

Qualifications

You’ll Be a Great Fit If You Have:

  • Bachelor's Degree (Technology-related field preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Full project life cycle experience
  • Experience with business requirements review, systems requirements, capability analysis, and solution design
  • Experience with systems development methodologies and formal documentation processes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are key to communicating effectively with key business and technical partners and understanding their requirements.
  • Ability to work independently on complex technical and functional analysis.
  • Ability to collaborate openly with team members on shared items.
  • Excellent knowledge of the software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
  • Ability to adapt to unfamiliar circumstances and deliver high quality work.
  • Can successfully multi-task across a variety of tasks and responsibilities.
  • Can take the lead on issues, and gain resolution in a timely manner.
