Which is why our team of Program Managers are here to listen to your unique story and help you take the best next steps toward your next opportunity.We are excited to partner with Fidelity Investments for a 6-month return-to-work program starting in June 2023. This program is hybrid and requires participants to be in the office at least 1 week per month.

Summary:

We are currently seeking a qualified Operations Associate to join a fast paced, growing organization where they can make a difference. Do you thrive on providing exceptional client service? Join us where you will assist in servicing, educating, and resolving day to day operational issues for our clients. An ideal candidate would support service and operational requests from clients and will be responsible for the overall service experience for those clients. He/she will be highly engaged in all areas of support relative to the activities of these specific clients.

• Support business needs, while maintaining a “client first” mentality
• Drive high satisfaction, quality, and efficiency for both the client and Fidelity
• Deliver superior results quickly and efficiently, utilizing effective time management skills.
• Lead innovation through curiosity and comprehensive understanding of business processes and challenges.

You’ll Be a Great Fit If You Have:

• 3+ years of operations and/or service experience in the financial services industry
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills
• Sound problem resolution skills
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize decisions in a fast-moving environment
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

It's An Added Bonus If You Have:

• Bachelor’s Degree 
• Experience in client support and analytics
