What You'll Contribute Day-to-Day: 

• Works with external clients to resolve day-to-day issues and direct them to the appropriate resources at BNY Mellon. 
• Support clients in addressing operational and technical questions or issues and ensuring requests are executed.
• Provide clients with information related to BNY Mellon products and services representing a limited number of lines of business and geographies and directs them to the appropriate resources, as needed. 
• Monitors client inquiries and escaltes non-routine or complex issues to the appropriate team member, as needed. 
• Participates in internal activities and initiatives designed to improve the client experience.

You’ll Be a Great Fit If You Have:

• Bachelors or equivalent combination of education and experience is required
• Client Services experience required 
• Financial Services experience required, including collateral and/or portfolio operations or capital market/institutional banking operations (buy or sell side).
