Responsibilities

What You'll Contribute Day-to-Day: 

  • Responsible for the end-to-end Accounts Payable process and will assume complete ownership of the service delivery
  • Provide decision support to the business, analyzing invoice processes, compliance to policy and recommendations for rectification
  • Ensure disputes are resolved with supplier on a timely basis as agreed with the client
  • Identify and execute automation opportunities to streamline the process and gain process efficiency
  • Deliver on defined targets and drive process improvements, focused on improving quality, speed, controls and value to the customer
  • Create goals and development plan for the team and work closely to identify training and coaching requirements for the group
  • Complete ownership of client complaint & resolution process, best practice / idea sharing for the teams 
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives like – Avoiding duplicate payment, improve paid on time, Improve cycle time
  • To ensure timely and qualitative processing of Accounts Payable Transactions, month end close, reconciliations and reporting as per SLA & OLA
  • Timely preparation RCA & maintain the Process & IT Issue log
  • Ensure compliance with policies and procedures
  • Ensure Customer satisfaction through prompt resolution of all queries
  • Ensure all the Reports are published on a timely basis
  • Ensuring Timely preparation / updating of process documentation & signed off 
  • Establish process for conducting periodic performance reviews
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting on process performance metrics / any other metrics or trackers

Additional Requirements:

  • Capable of managing senior stakeholders 
  • Flexible and willingness to work all shift Hours 
  • Should have good analytical skills 
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Largely driven by self-Initiative & self-drive
  • Ability to perform in pressure situation 

Qualifications

You’ll Be a Great Fit If You Have:

  • Bachelor/Master’s degree in Commerce/MBA (Finance) or equivalent combination of education and experience required
  • 3-5 years of total work experience
  • Knowledge of PeopleSoft/Oracle/SAP Accounts payable module and end to end source to pay/Accounts Payable operations including process transformation initiatives
  • Prior experience of change management in Source-To-Pay operations is mandatory
  • Strong understanding of latest Microsoft Office applications i.e., Word, PowerPoint, Excel

It's An Added Bonus If You Have: 

  • Any supply chain management certification
