Summary:
This position will be responsible for the resolution of moderate to high complexity and moderate to high exposure claims. Under minimal supervision makes quick sound decisions and negotiates terms consistent with authority limits. Self-sufficient with demonstrated ability to overcome obstacles. Takes ownership and responsibility for decisions and outcomes. Adheres to Fair Claims Practices regulations and internal Claims Quality Performance Objectives. Some travel required.
