Responsibilities

Overview: 

As the Schneider Electric Global Export Control CoE continues to transform to meet the current and evolving global regulatory and sanctions, we are searching for a highly qualified project manager to lead multiple regulatory change projects. The ideal candidate will have experience leading multiple transformations and global projects in parallel, working across multiple business units and have experience communicating regularly to leadership through
multiple relevant communications channels. This role will report directly to the Director of Standards and Capabilities within the Export Control CoE.

 

What You’ll Contribute Day-to-Day:

  • You will lead and coordinate export control-related projects across
    different departments and business units. This involves defining project scopes,
    objectives, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure successful project completion.
  • Coordinate project risk assessments and impact assessments to identify potential export
    control risks within the organization.
  • Collaboratw with cross-functional teams, such as legal, compliance, engineering, and supply chain, to ensure effective communication and
    alignment on export control requirements and initiatives.
  • Fluent in the ability to manage project change management.
  • Establish and maintain relationships and communications with relevant stakeholders,
    providing day-to-day contact on project status.
  • Report project status and outcomes to the appropriate management channels and
    escalate issues, as necessary, according to project work plan.

 

Qualifications

You’ll Be a Great Fit If You Have:

  • Degree in project management, communications, or relevant field
  • Five or more years of project management experience
  • Ability to work collaboratively with various global stakeholders and at all levels of
    management
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong change management skills
  • Excellent presentation skills 

It's An Added Bonus If You Have:

  • PMP Certification 
  • Experience with SE Products and R&D a a bonus
