Summary: 

The FI Data Solutions team is looking for a highly motivated Data Analyst responsible for designing, building, and maintaining the operational and analytical capability in FI’s data

platforms. The data infrastructure is going through significant growth, and this is an opportunity to take a leading role in shaping FI capability in this area. As a skilled analyst, you will provide System/Data analysis leadership on multiple projects simultaneously. You will help with System/Data analysis across different projects with diverse scope, complex business and technical requirements in a multi-platform and highly integrated data environment. This role is analysis and design centric; crafting and detailing data solutions working with technology team

Responsibilities

Deliver internal process and product content to support Fidelity associates. Collaborates and
consults with business units across Fidelity to ensure that content is accurate, understandable,
and adheres to style standards.


What You’ll Contribute Day-to-Day:

  • Provides direction to a work/project/process team
  • Provides better client outcomes by collaborating closely with internal subject matter experts
  • Consults with business partners on how to enhance employee performance and corporate results
  • Collaborates with team members and business partners across Fidelity to achieve results that benefit the entire organization
  • Reviews new methods and technologies and influence team adoption
  • Collects and combines data from various sources
  • Consults subject matter experts to write clear, precise, concise, and informative content
  • Ensures the technical accuracy of the content
  • Performs content quality checks to ensure successful publishing and adherence to style guides/standards
  • Takes the lead in engaging with business partners and designated product/service owners to address and resolve conflicts, ensuring alignment on priorities.
  • Facilitates open and transparent discussions to identify key objectives, negotiate trade-offs, and establish a clear roadmap for achieving mutual goals
  • Provides consultation to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the work completed and areas for improvement, such as SLA review and trending
  • Designs solutions, authors content, manages projects, and facilitates associated work,including cascading tasks to aligned content creators
