You may consider a Return-to-Work Program if…
- You have a longer career break - on average our Returners have a 6 year career break
You want to rebuild your confidence in a safe and supportive environment
- You want to go back to work with a group of Returners who can support you along the way
You desire a smooth transition that builds gradually - there is no being thrown into the deep end here!
You want a structured experience that gives you the tools you need to succeed
