We are currently seeking a qualified Business Analyst that will assist in partnering with key partners to influence strategic decision, roadmaps, requirements, execute delivering on strategic priorities. You will ensure alignment on the “what” and “when” working through ongoing planning and prioritization initiatives.
An ideal candidate can determine and specify business requirements, workflows, and use cases. He/she will build specifications, make design recommendations and processes for business services and/or products. They will be responsible for the analysis, evaluation and identification of business problems and the definition of solutions to those problems. They will work closely with project management, technology, and business resource teams to ensure business and user requirements are met.

**This program is hybrid and requires participants to be in the office at least 1 week per month.**

You will advise and empower client-obsessed teams to think creatively, take risks and consider the “What if...” scenario all the while ensuring that the squad is fully functional, productive, and focused on the sprint goal.
