Summary:
In compliance with the International Professional Practices Framework as defined by the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA), Internal Audit is an independent and objective assurance and consulting activity designed to add value and improve Natixis Investment Managers (IM) entities’ overall operations.
The Internal Audit Senior is a key member of the internal audit team. He/she will lead audit engagements globally and be in-charge of audit execution, specifically focusing on organizing and directing fieldwork, risk assessment and testing of the internal control environment, using a risk based audit methodology.
The Internal Audit Senior will analyze data, facts and test results to draw appropriate conclusions regarding the effectiveness and efficiency of the Audited Unit’s internal controls, and communicate control weaknesses directly with the Audit Team Management. The Internal Audit Senior will supervise the engagement team member’s work, develop and write-up audit findings, make recommendations in a draft internal audit report for review by the Audit Manager/Senior Manager. Those recommendations mitigate weaknesses identified in the systems, processes and controls of Natixis IM and its affiliates, and they help Natixis IM to improve the effectiveness of its processes and thus to achieve its objectives.

The Junior Accountant is responsible for end to end processing of invoices, preparing daily cash balances and acts as a point person for internal and external payable questions. This individual will ensure that the cash accounts are reconciled, and all journal entries are accurately recorded. They will also assist with audits as needed. As an Inside Sales Rep (ISR) you will be responsible for making outgoing communications to warm or cold prospect lists to initiate a relationship between the customer and Celtic Building Supplies or to reinitiate a previous relationship. Responsible for researching and generating a list of potential customers through cold prospecting. Develop, monitor, and review monthly sales goals and adjust efforts accordingly. Assist with helping the Outside Sales Reps (OSR) in the field and occasionally going on the road to source customers. This role requires for the Inside Sales Representative to occasionally travel out of office to various job sites and locations with the OSR. This is a full-time, salaried position that has commission and ongoing monthly bonuses.

During our Return to Work programs, participants are supported through a 6-month, full-time, paid internship with one of our corporate partners. reacHIRE’s programs are cohort based, meaning you will re-enter the workforce with a team of professionals navigating the same transition. You’ll also be paired with a dedicated Program Manager who will hold you accountable for meeting your personal and professional goals, provide monthly coaching, and exclusive training content.
Our Returnship programs are constantly evolving as we continue to grow.Since our team is normally recruiting on specific programs at any given time, you may not initially see that perfect fit for you.
